Xmas Boiled Fruit Cake For Lazy People

ti kita malas baka aku tau ke nadai ari laban ke kerja,aku ka share recipe Boiled Fruit Cake ke udah di uji aku kemari. Resipi tu di temu aku ba internet tang bisi di ubah suai aku laban aku enggai maioh mixed fruits & arak di campur dalam kek tu.
Nyamai sepi aku......

Ingredients:

1)   1/2 pound butter
2)   1 1/2 cup brown sugar
3)   1 1/2 cups mixed fruits(you may lessen this if you don't like heavy fruit cake)
4)   1 cup water
5)   1/2 cup orange juice
6)   3 eggs (beaten)
7)   2 tablespoon Golden Syrup
8)   2 cups Self-Raising Flour
9)   1 cup plain flour

Method: Mix ingredients from 1) to 5) in a pot & boil for 10 mins.
              Cool mixture
              Beat 3 eggs for a few seconds & add Golden Syrup into cooled mixture
              Fold in self raising Flour alternately with plain flour til finished into the mixture
              Pour batter into a greased tin & bake.

*Easy kan?No need to do a lot of washing up;no hand mixer needed. Mixed fruit will always be evenly distributed.*
