It's that time of the year again when all the Dayak based associations teamed up to produce a night that many would remember for the next few days or so...whether good or bad. After several meetings,of which I only
attended twice,I must say,it was very well organised & all credits go to the hard working people from the various associations.
The Guests of honour,through no faults of theirs,came slightly late from Kuching,hence the late start of the function which resulted in the function ending at 2 am. What is staying til the wee hours of the morning for the organisers when the Patron of the Gawai dinner,Datuk Douglas Uggah granted RM30K & Tan Sri Jabu gave another RM20K to enable us to organise next year's Gawai,right?
